EMPROVE^® sets standards in quality and documentation

The brand EMPROVE^® combines first-class product quality with use-related documentation that makes your regulatory work much easier. In three different EMPROVE^® product lines, Merck Millipore offers its customers comprehensive dossiers and documents they need for the intended usage of their raw materials: EMPROVE^® exp for use as excipient, EMPROVE^® bio for biopharmaceutical production, and EMPROVE^®  api for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient. For EMPROVE^® api, we provide access to the ASMF, DMF, or CEP instead of a dossier.

EMPROVE^® api: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate cryst. and Calcium chloride dihydrate

May we introduce: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate cryst. und Calcium chloride dihydrate. Thanks to their certification as EMPROVE^® api, these two products are now available with a CEP and a US DMF. You profit from lower costs of drug registration processes and faster time to market.

EMPROVE^® bio: TRIS HCL and GUA HCL now as GMP materials

Until recently, TRIS hydrochloride and Guanidine hydrochloride were only available in technical qualities. TRIS hydrochloride is used as buffer in biochromatography, Guanidine hydrochloride for solubilization of inclusion bodies and purification of chromatography resins. Starting in the first quarter of 2012, Merck Millipore will produce both materials under GMP conditions and provide them as part of the EMPROVE^® bio product line. Your advantage: a new quality standard and very low levels of germs and endotoxines.
